Backsplash Tile
Most people add a backsplash to add character to a room not realizing it serves a purpose. The purpose of a backsplash is to protect the drywall from moisture. Those patterns have evolved from simple white to beautiful colors and textures.
The Bigger the Better
Large-format tiles are big! These tiles will give the illusion of more expansive surface. Making your room look larger. It’s just a bonus that the large-format tiles are easy to clean.
Movement
Wavy tile! Use a wavy tile that looks like moving water to add a simple texture to any room. This will give you a hint of the texture trend without being to dramatic.
Brick Out
Brick-look tiles are a great idea for those who love the rustic feel. Since the backsplash is actually tile it does not require the sealing or special care like traditional brick.
