L&M Permaguard SPS is a low odor topical sealer that protects concrete and natural stone floor surfaces from straining, defacing, and deterioration. Excellent repellency protection from fluids such as wines, vinegar, fruit juices, and organic acids. Repeals against oil and grease. L&M Permaguard SPS has a non-slip performance formula. It also opens quickly to traffic. This permaguard is compatible with floors previously treated with chemical hardeners and densifiers.
